Who uses the app

agent-box is a private assistant used only by its owner. It is not offered to other people.

What Google data it accesses

Only the data the owner grants on Google's consent screen: reading the owner's Gmail messages and the owner's Google Calendar events. It does not send email on the owner's behalf.

How the data is used

The data is processed on the owner's own server and is used only to answer the owner's requests, for example "what is in my calendar tomorrow". To answer, the relevant text is sent to the AI model provider that the assistant uses. The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with anyone else.

agent-box's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and removal

The access token is stored only on the owner's server. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
